| The Global Listening System is the most flexible and secure monitoring and command system on the market.
It uses the telephone network as a communications medium and can therefore, be operated from anywhere in the world.
A large number of peripherals can be controlled by it.
The GLS2000 is software-driven and has a number of security features to protect against unauthorised access and to prevent detection.
Up to 100 audio transmitters can be placed in the target area with those under surveillance monitored as they move from site to site.
A powerful 5 Watt actuator can be linked and transmitters switched on or off remotely.
The transmission links to the GLS2000 can all be encrypted.
Video transmitters in the target area can be switched on or off remotely.
A total of 5 hardwire systems (4 room audio and 1 telephone interface) can be installed at the target site and accessed via the telephone line (with cabling to a length of 1 mile used).
A tape recorder can be linked to the system and fully controlled via the telephone line (downloading at high speed if necessary).
The system is password protected. If the password is not entered correctly the system will disengage, reinstating the normal telephone functions.
The system can be connected to a dedicated or non-dedicated line. If someone picks up a handset while the Global Listening System is being interrogated the normal line will be immediately reinstated.
The system is designed to work on any exchange in the world whether the exchange is analogue or the latest digital network.
Operating parameters can be changed whenever circumstances require. No other devices are needed to control the system.
Telephone line parameters are automatically matched to provide the best possible audio communication.
To ensure uninterrupted operation in the event of power failure, in-built rechargeable batteries enable continuous operation. |
